A first floor apartment with 3 bedrooms above the waterside on Oakley Wharf, Porthmadog. Spacious apartment for 4 guests with views of the Glaslyn valley, Ballast Island and Snowdonia from the front rooms. Perfect base to either relax and watch the view or to explore North Wales by land or sea. Private Mooring and boat launching service available by private arrangements with Robert Owen Marine. For this there is an extra cost of £500 per week, this includes launch and recover by our static crane 1 in 1 out, private dock outside the apartment with access by ladder.

Lovely accomodation in a good location with spectacular views from the lounge overlooking the harbour.
Very quiet. Home from home and spacious as there were only 2 of us.
Would certainl;y come again even though we don't live too far away.
Very well equipped. The only items we missed were a teapot and a clock.
Excellent place to stay.

Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, huge bath, lovely view. Sofa and chair comfortable. Would appreciate a tin opener and more coat hangers. Beware the sloping ceilings especially in the main bedroom, the unwary (like me) could bang their head if not concentrating. Even so this would not stop me staying here again.

Wonderful view from the lounge window of mountains and the sea/estuary/boats.
Short, flat walk into the town centre. On the coast path so easy access to a number of walks. Could not fault its location.

We have done a lot of these types of breaks, this place has everything, location, views, comfort. A great base for discovering the area and loads to do. We loved it.

Very clean overall , kitchen well equipped. Lovely views over the estuary. Would prefer to of had enclosed outside space overlooking the estuary , but it's just the little space by the entrance, which is the other side . Very close to town walking distance . Parking is just on the road outside did manage to get spaces , but possibly hit n miss at times . Overall good place

We were booked at last minute when another cottage became unavailable. Great location, very peaceful and we loved watching the wading birds and fish early in the morning. Also perfect for the steam railway.
Owner very responsive. Kitchen well equipped though I never found a can opener. There are sloping ceilings almost everywhere so watch out for head bumps.
